Ogilvy were called in to support FexServ, Malta’s leading specialised financial services organisation outside of the banking sector, enhance a number of areas to better meet and serve clients and stakeholders.
Amongst others Fexserv had invested in a Call Centre facility with the latest technology populated with a young and energetic team.
Ogilvy’s role was to sustain the already healthy customer-centric and compliance culture and project the tailored experience which is benchmarked to industry leading organisations within the financial services industry. Availability and responsiveness being the centre of the brand communication created by Ogilvy’s creative team together with a revised positioning that emphasises “money” as the key concern of all who engage with FexServ.
