As local customers have raised their expectations for quality, Ogilvy were engaged to refresh the brand platform and communicate desirability and aspirational elements to give a new lease of life to markets that had become more demanding. With key media analytics showing an EFR of 7.8 it was vital for Ogilvy to employ a heavy-hitting 360 Degree Branding approach to drive consideration and showroom visits within the target markets. 39 days into the campaign footfall increase was 26%.
