As any business owner knows, striking a balance between tending to existing customer orders and trying to generate new business is tough.

It was at this point that One4all Malta management as a whole identified that their retail partners needed a resource to use to assist them in attracting new business.

One4All began by developing a programme specifically for retail partners that uncovers any potential signage opportunities.

The business model that One4All offers makes it cost effective and available to businesses of all sizes and in a variety of locations throughout Malta.

The job of making the One4all brand nationally visible at retail outlets and fulfilling custom signage orders, including a detailed consultation and approval process, meant that One4all Malta engaged Ogilvy to manage a large number of complex projects at once, outlet design and turn-key signage installations across approximately 50 outlets.

Ogilvy embedded themselves into their business seamlessly. Ogilvy were then engaged to re-energise the brand platform, re-design key marketing collaterals including the One4all Directory, produce advertising and service media with feature editorial.
